What's domestic reverse charge?
For most CIS work between VAT-registered contractors, the customer accounts for the VAT to HMRC. Pick it from the dropdown and the right wording goes on the quote.
Can I save quotes for different jobs?
Yes. Copy the Quote tab for each new job, or save the file with the quote number.
How do I get it after paying?
You'll get a download link straight away on screen and by email. It's a normal Excel file.
